Iven has a clear performance spot, audible room coverage, occasional spontaneous tunes and requests that take priority. The focused test now follows the real walk, introduction and playback sequence.

The furniture has stopped arguing.

Added tables no longer collide with furniture built into the tiles. A roaring hearth gives cold arrivals somewhere to warm themselves, and their comments belong to that moment.

Mercy is staged, not published.

Mercy Square V2 passed its focused geometry checks. It remains a separate release, held while these live Lantern defects were addressed.

The queue is not the concert. Lesson learned.

One verified independent backup; current player state and existing client assets preserved. The native fixture does not hear the client's speakers: the final sound and look remain yours to playtest.
